Delivery

Products ordered in our online store at www.flamula.eu will be shipped as soon as possible. If a product is accidentally out of stock or. is available on request, we will inform you via your contact information, which you left with the order.

 

In the case of redemption delivery, you pay the purchase price to the delivery person, from whom you also take over the ordered product.

 

The information we need for delivery is:

  • name and surname of the buyer,
  • the street and house number of the address where the customer can be reached on weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm, when package delivery takes place,
  • postal code and place where that address is located,
  • the telephone number of the customer, through which the courier can contact the customer if necessary during delivery.

If the buyer cannot be found at the specified delivery address, the courier will leave a notification of the received package at the same address. The notice will include the package number and company phone number. The buyer / recipient must within four days with the company Od vrat do vrat d.o.o. agree on a new delivery date. If the package cannot be re-served, the package is returned to the sender without notice. Delivery of packages takes place in the morning from Monday to Friday. Delivery is therefore also possible to another address, e.g. to work or on Saturday. Saturday delivery is also possible if you wish, charged by the courier.

 

The buyer must inspect the package upon receipt, which must be free of visible damage. If any damage is visible, it is necessary to write it on the receipt to the courier. Subsequent complaints due to damage during transport are no longer possible. In case of damage and inaccurate content, the buyer must immediately notify Flamula d.o.o. to the contact address info@flamula.si The buyer should attach to the message an electronic confirmation of purchase, which he received at the end of the purchase to his e-mail address.
