Flamula.eu is an online store of the company Flamula d.o.o. The business conditions are compiled taking into account all legal obligations and international guidelines for e-commerce, which are also represented by the Slovenian Consumers' Association.

The products available in retail stores are mostly also available in the online store, where we stimulate purchases with additional discounts and special offers. The listed online prices apply explicitly to online purchases. Stocks of items in the online store do not mean stocks in retail stores.

Login

To log in to the website, you need to enter your e-mail and password (registered users). If you are not registered yet, you have a link that will take you to the new user registration page. Enter the required information, confirm everything and once your account is activated, you can easily shop in our online store.

You can also sign in to the online store with your existing Google or Facebook account.

You can also buy without registering in the online store.

Payment

Cash - Payment in cash is made upon receipt of the goods when the courier of the delivery service delivers the package to you.

Proforma invoice - Payment by transfer to our bank account is possible by pre-creating a proforma invoice on our online store.

IMPORTANT! When you settle the pro forma invoice, inform us about the payment at our e-mail address info@flamula.si and in this way the ordered goods will be delivered to you much faster.

Gift card

A gift certificate is an identification paper issued by the seller Flamula d.o.o. against payment to the buyer issued in electronic form (the buyer receives an e-mail with a gift certificate code). Each gift certificate is marked with its unique serial number, the seller Flamula d.o.o. however, it is obliged to accept it as payment for the purchase through the Flamula online store.

The gift certificate can be purchased in the Flamula online store. The same terms and conditions apply to the purchase of a gift certificate as to the purchase of any other items. The gift voucher can be paid by debit or credit card. In case you need a gift certificate immediately, contact us at info@flamula.com. The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the issuance of the voucher, unless otherwise stated on the voucher.

It is not possible to exchange a gift voucher for cash. The voucher is redeemable only in the full amount. In the event that the value of the purchase is higher than the value of the gift voucher, the holder of the gift voucher must pay the difference. The value of the purchase must be higher than the value of the gift certificate (the value of the purchase is the total value of the purchase except postage).

Use of gift certificate:

• Select the products you want to buy and put them in the cart. Go to cart, select delivery method, enter delivery address and select payment method. Enter the gift voucher code in the "use gift card" field.
• When you enter gift voucher codes, the value of the gift vouchers is automatically deducted from the price of your order. There remains an amount that remains to be settled.
• In the end, you just place an online order.
• You can use several gift vouchers and one discount code for one purchase (separate vouchers with a space or a comma).

Delivery time

In the online store, we try to make the items ordered in the Flamula online sale reach their customers as quickly as possible. If they are in stock, we will send them on the same day, which means that you will receive them at home within 2-3 working days (delivery time depends on the area).

For products that we do not have in stock at a given time, the availability is definitely increased. We will order the product for you immediately from our suppliers and arrange your order as soon as we receive the product in stock.

In the event that several products have been ordered and one of them is in stock and the others are not, a partial delivery of goods is made (partly immediately, partly when the stock allows us). In this case, postage is charged only once (1x).

Right of withdrawal from the purchase, return of goods

The consumer has the right to inform the company within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the goods that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The message is considered timely if the shipment is delivered on time. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods. The latter must be returned to the company no later than thirty (30) days from the notice of resignation. The buyer can inform us about the intended return no later than within 14 days of receiving the goods by mail (Flamula d.o.o., Cesta v Zgornji log 18, 1000 Ljubljana) or to the contact e-mail address info@flamula.si. Return of the received goods to the specified address within 14 days of receipt, without prior written notice, is also considered a withdrawal from the purchase.

Return of goods is NOT possible at retail outlets. Reimbursement costs are borne by the sender himself, unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance. We do not accept redemption shipments. In the case of delivery at our expense, we will charge you the cost of return according to the valid price list of Pošta Slovenije. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to acting outside the terms of business. Products must be unused, undamaged and in the original undamaged packaging. A copy of the invoice must be attached. A return form (letter) is also desirable to expedite the return or exchange process. Your bank account should be written on the form, where we will transfer the money in the event of a refund.

The return option does not apply to products ordered or manufactured at the request of the customer, which are not in stock. The provider returns the entire purchase price no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

Warranty

For goods for which a guarantee for the faultless operation of things has been issued, the manufacturer guarantees faultless operation if the warranty conditions are met within the warranty period. The warranty period begins on the day the product is delivered to the customer.

If the product is not repaired within 45 days, you have the right to request a product replacement or a refund. The deadline starts from the day the product is accepted into the authorized service center or store where you purchased the product.

Validity of the offer

When buying, the prices are valid at the time of order confirmation. All prices include VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are valid only for purchases in the Flamula online store and may differ from the regular prices of Flamula d.o.o. We reserve the right to change technical descriptions and configurations without prior notice. Images can only be symbolic and do not always fully reflect the actual situation. We apologize for any errors and we kindly ask you to inform us about them and not use them to your advantage.

Prices

The prices on the Flamula.si website are valid exclusively for online sales and differ from the prices in retail business units. Despite the fact that we strive to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date, it is possible that the price information is incorrect. In this case, the provider will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase or vice versa.
